      Rates:
     $910.00 per week (weekly rentals only in July & August - unless shorter
     openings are available)
     3 night, ($400 minimum) from September - June

     Payment Details:
     A deposit of half the rental amount is due upon booking and signing of the
     rental agreement. A damage deposit of $300 is due upon check-in with the
     remainder of the rental amount. 
     Damage deposit will be returned within one week following  rental if no
     damages occur or articles are missing.

     Cancellation:
     Deposits are non-refundable if reservations is cancelled within 4 weeks prior to
     reservation.  Guests are responsible for original length of reservation. 
     Reservations terminated before departure date will be charged full reservation
     time.
